Three rules. They are short. So should your piece be.

1. One ancient text, one modern thing. Include a translation of any Latin or Greek.
2. Under 1,200 words, plain text, original and unpublished.
3. Your own jokes. No AI-generated submissions. Pen names are fine.

Include a name, real or otherwise. We read everything and reply when we can.
